Dateland Construction has been in business in the Heavy Grading & Underground Utilities industry ever since the early 1970's, working predominantly in the Coachella Valley. Our firm works within the private & public sectors and has a good working relationship with all local cities and government agencies.

Site Grading - includes pre-watering, clearing & grubbing, demolition, site balance, importing or exporting dirt spoils, building dirt pads, cutting of roads and access, PM 10 maintenance
Site Utilities - includes all water, sewer, storm drain, fire service, septic systems, drywells & retention basins
Dry Utilities - includes IID, Edison, cable, phones, gas
Site Improvements - includes concrete parking lots, curbs, curbs & gutters, sidewalks, drives, ramps, A/C paving both on and offsite
